PPO Medical Insurance
Not only do we offer a PPO health plan, we pay 100% of the qualified employee’s premium as well as a portion for their qualified dependents. Employees who complete an annual wellness program may be eligible for a reduced or even eliminated deductible (which was already low to begin with).
HMO/PPO Dental Insurance
Similar to our medical PPO, we pay 100% of the qualified employee’s premium for an HMO dental plan as well as a portion for their qualified dependents. We also offer an upgrade to a PPO dental plan at a nominal cost.
We participate in a safe harbor 401(k) plan. Each year that our employees are eligible to participate in the plan, we contribute 3% of their compensation to their account whether or not the employee make contributions.
Employees are eligible to choose from hundreds of courses as part of our push for ongoing personal and professional development. Depending on the grades earned, tuition may be reimbursed up to 100%. We also pay for books and help with the cost of parking. In some cases, we may also provide iPads for use during the academic term.
Paid Time Off
In addition to 9 paid holidays, our employees accrue PTO based on their length of service. We also offer pay for jury duty and bereavement.
