EFTE Plastic Lining to Prevent Corrosion and Leaks
ANSIMAG’s sealless magnetic drive pumps are lined with specially fabricated ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) plastic that is designed to provide high corrosion resistance and increased strength over a wide range of temperatures. These EFTE plastic-lined pumps are ideal for demanding chemical applications with corrosives and solvents up to 250°F (121°C).
The magnetic drive is fully encapsulated and hermetically sealed to keep the inner magnets isolated from the process fluid. This eliminates dangerous emissions and chemical leaks while maintaining the magnetic drive’s integrity for a longer pump lifespan. The pumps also feature a Kevlar-fiber reinforced vinyl ester shell for exceptional reliability.
