Looking for a Specific Type of Pump?

ALLWEILER is a leading producer of quality pumps, including centrifugal, screw, propeller, progressive cavity, and peristaltic. Also offering macerators, ALLWEILER offers multiple quality products suited for many different municipal and industrial pump system applications.

Company History

ALLWEILER was founded in 1860 and began manufacturing heavy-duty manual pumps in 1874. The company continued to evolve in the early 20th century by producing its first centrifugal pumps, rotary lobe pumps, screw pumps, and progressive cavity pumps. Their product line and business model have continued to expand ever since. Today, ALLWEILER is one of the most respected names in our industry.

Industries & Applications

ALLWEILER pumps are used worldwide for the following applications across several key industries:

            • Marine & Offshore

            • Oil & Gas

            • Power Generation

            • Water & Wastewater

            • Process Technology & Chemistry

            • Heat Transfer

Product Overview

ALLWEILER manufacturers pumps for liquids ranging from highly viscous or abrasive to completely hygienic or high temperature. Some of the most common fluids pumped with ALLWEILER pumps include water, oil, wastewater, lubricants, chemicals, foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and heat carrier liquids.

Centrifugal Pumps

ALLWEILER centrifugal pumps are generally utilized for processing many different types of liquids and chemicals. These are great general-use, adaptable pumps, offering a handful of centrifugal pump varieties with modular designs for simple customization, upgrades, and parts replacement.

Screw Pumps

Two- and three-screw pump options are available from ALLWEILER. Ideal for oils and lubricants with high-efficiency performance and self-priming capabilities, the liquid moves continuously without pulsations or turbulence. Screw pumps are great when paired with variable speed drives.

Propeller Pumps

Propeller pumps are excellent for applications that require the pumping of large volumes with a relatively short pump heat (up to 10 meters). They can handle a variety of aggressive liquids and even liquids with suspended solids.

Progressive Cavity Pumps

These self-priming pumps are designed with a rotation stator and a stationary stator—two specialized parts creating sealed chambers, which keep the fluids moving continuously in an axial direction. As a result, turbulence is minimal, and the consistent chamber volume eliminates any crushing forces.

Peristaltic Pumps

ALLWEILER peristaltic pumps provide dry self-priming capabilities and a uniquely engineered design that is gasketless and valveless. As a result, they can handle highly viscous liquids, abrasive fluids, and liquids that tend to foam up in other pumps.

Macerators

Their macerators are excellent at chopping solids to produce pumpable liquids that can flow through various pump systems. Macerators are great for wastewater processing and treatment applications when solids and particulates need minimizing to avoid clogs and damage in the pumps. ALLHEIMER macerators feature cutting discs extremely resistant to wear while remaining easily exchangeable for standard maintenance.

Smart Monitoring

Many ALLHEIMER pumps are especially effective when paired with their advanced IN-100 monitoring system, an innovative electronic system that is fully automated and explicitly designed for ALLHEIMER pumps. For example, suppose you have an environmentally sensitive operation or want to get your pump system’s best performance, durability, and energy efficiency. In that case, you will want to utilize this innovative technology.

Featured Product: ALLHEAT

One of ALLHEIMER’s most popular product lines is its ALLHEAT series. These are centrifugal pumps designed for high-temperature applications. They can handle heat-transfer oils up to 350°C (662°F) or hot water up to 207°C (405°F), making them very versatile and pumps for numerous applications. In addition, ALLHEAT pumps are available with inline designs or space-saving block configurations, which allows you to flange the motor directly to the pump and eliminate common alignment problems.

There are six different pump options available within the ALLHEIMER ALLHEAT series:

            • NTWH

            • NIWH

            • NBWH

            • CTWH

            • CIWH

            • CBWH
