The innovative design of these sealless pumps eliminates the need for mechanical seals or rubber seals that are prone to failure. All seals naturally wear out over time and this can lead to dangerous leaks or outside contaminants getting into the pump system. These are major concerns for chemical processing plants, so ANSIMAG’s sealless pumps offer a distinct advantage over sealed pumps.
ANSIMAG pumps use a magnetic-drive system that provides much more energy efficiency than standard mechanically driven pumps. The rear casing design eliminates eddy currents, which reduces heat and minimizes energy costs during operation. The magnetic drive system features hermetically sealed inner magnets that are completely isolated from the process fluid and will maintain magnetic integrity throughout the life of the pump.
